Happy October! It's that time of the week again - 5 things I loved. The past week reminded me that it's OK to slow down. I started a new routine of sitting down and reading after I get home from work, and I think it has really helped me unwind mentally. I've been getting a few headaches lately - probably from screen time - and just sitting in the sun with a good book has been beneficial.
